説明のうまい人っていますよね。以前から説明がうまいなぁと思う人がいまして、今日その人の発表を聞いて、しみじみすごいわーと思いました。

その場にはホワイトボードがあったのですが、

1. ポイントをしぼって書くことができる（だらだらと長ったらしく書かない）
2. 説明する事柄について的確にグループ分けできる。（今から３つのことについて説明しますといった感じで）
3. グループ分けして、それからひとつひとつの特徴を説明。
4. グループに入らないイレギュラーなもの、例外についても説明。
5. 図や表、絵が書ける。
6. 説明がくどくなく、語尾がはっきりしている。
7. 説明の間、迷うことがない。
8. 聞く人の様子をだいたい把握している。（説明する人一人で突っ走っていない）
9. 話に流れがある。行ったり来たりしない。
10. 難しい言葉を使わない。
11. 専門用語には説明もプラスする。
12. 声の大きさが適当によい。早口でない。

思い出しながらざっと書いてみましたが、こういったことを気をつけたら説明上手になれるのかなぁと。

おそらく伝えたいことがその人の中で明確なのだと思います。

どういう風に説明しようか頭の中で何度もシュミレーションしたということもおっしゃってました。
