簡単に言えば今の日本には「仕事より人の方が10％以上多い」状態だ。

そして機械的に考えれば、この状態を是正するには下記のような方法がある。

＜“多すぎる人”の減らし方＞

a) 移民に出す。（昔のブラジル移民みたいに）

b) 出稼ぎに出す。（今のフィリピンみたいに）

c) 人口の10％は労働市場ではなく福祉（生活保護）で暮らしてもらう（と割り切る）。

＜“少なすぎる仕事”の増やし方＞

d) 海外の仕事を日本に呼び込む

e) 日本で新たな産業を創り出す。

f) 日本で既存産業の雇用数を増大させる。

g) 日本の既存の正社員の仕事を一部分ける（ワークシェアリング）
